Supervision
ENACOM is a decentralized and autonomous organization of Audiovisual Communication Services. Its main function is to apply, interpret and enforce the new law.

Within the framework of the law and the responsibilities that the agency has, it needed to modernize its TV inspection operations. In this sense and with this need, it trusted 3Way Solutions' ViDeus Auditor technology.
Ingest: TV and radio ingesters digitize incoming content. Audio and video can be recorded according to schedules or on demand, with quality configured for the intended reuse. Powerful central servers store recordings from all signals.
Inspection: Auditors can access live and archived content through a web interface. They can enter metadata using forms tailored to the organization's criteria, or add predefined information such as brands, people and program names. Automatic indexing also makes Closed Caption text searchable on channels that provide it.
Edition
All indexed material can be made available for future use. In this way, the organization has the possibility of searching for content, viewing it again, making compilations, selecting segments and transcoding formats to share and reuse the recorded content.
Storage
All recorded content is stored centrally for six months so as to have a single search interface. All content that is older than 6 months is permanently stored on LTO digital tapes fully integrated into the system, making it possible to search for material.
Display: Through IP multiviewers displayed on LCD screens, the different areas of the organization view the live content.
Any computer on the network with the appropriate permissions can view received content live or from the archive.
