We have several maintenance contracts with focus on different needs. We must ensure the availability of our solutions 24x7.
With a dedicated team, we offer: phone assistance and remote connection to each 3Way equipment in order troubleshoot if needed.
Technical assistance on site:
If our customer requests us technical assistance on site, we are ready to attend the site and install and troubleshoot.
Training about use and operations:
Different solutions offered by us, make our customer count with from 1 operator up to tens.
That's why training is a must for us. We offer a free one-class training for our customers after the installation. But if it is not enough, we can offer trainings with focus on different use of our platform.
All the equipments provided by 3Way Solutions count with 12 months warranty. If wanted, we offer an extension of 12 or 24 months more.
